Protecting Our Staff & Clients
We have been living with Covid-19 since December 2019 and currently, over a third of the worlds population is now under some form of lockdown. Here in the UK, pest management has been confirmed as an essential sector during the Covid-19 pandemic by George Eustice, Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).
Although we have been confirmed as key workers, we still have a duty to our staff and clients to conduct our work safely. We have implemented some small changes to ensure the safety of both yourself and our staff.
All service staff will wear a face mask whilst inside your property. As part of our service, it is not a requirement for the client to also be wearing a face covering.
Where possible, staff are advised to keep a safe distance from clients whist in and around properties. Please bear this in mind whilst showing us around.
Card payment terminals and disinfected after each use. Alternatively, you can still pay in cash or make a BACS payment, if you prefer.
Staff regularly wash and sanitise hands, particularly in between jobs. This will ensure that germs are not transferred between properties & jobs.
Our certified technicians provide safe, effective solutions to get rid of pests, using industry-leading treatments. We have a large selection of pesticides suitable for use indoors and out, in a wide variety of formulations too. Pesticides are used as part of a planned programme of anti–pest activity and regular monitoring. We'll put a schedule of visits in place designed to effectively take care of your problem with the minimum of disruption.
